Relationship between physical activity and smoking with hypertension incidence in productive age

Background: This hypertension problem is a health challenge in Indonesia. The tendency to increase the prevalence of productive age group one them caused by level busyness and an unhealthy lifestyle, thus increasing risk group.Aim: purpose this study was analyze relationship between physical activity smoking with incidence age.Method: type research used quantitative case control design. population all patients who visit treat general poly recorded report register at Neglasari Health Center. sample 400 respondents. taken using simple random technique. instruments are check sheets questionnaires. Data analyzed chi square test.Results: results showed that factors were proven be related (p=0.000), (p=0.000).Conclusion: A factor has been shown associated smoking. It recommended workers provide education community, especially about prevention.
